Wanna test IOS app on devices

Hey, I've finished my app for IOS, works ok localy on my mac with the simulator. How can i try it on devices? I think I have to have a paid apple developers program account, is that correct? Or is there another way?

Thanks.

There are workarounds but not worth hassle.

You will have to have a dev account essentially, yes. Even if you don't have an iOS device you can setup testers via services like Testflight.

To test it on the device you:

have to have the device connected to the Mac or

Belong to a iOS Developer Program, or

Jailbreak, or

Testflight

The apple developers account with iOS developer profiles are necessary (and best option).
