This archive contains the same files as the last one with some minor adjustments. Some machines were not saving the themeItemId in the app's JSON data. If you look at an app's configuration data in the control panel, or in Xcode / Android after downloading a project, you should see the themeItemId value in the JSON. Previously working apps now want to update always. It looks like the lastPublished time isn't the same on Live vs. Design, but not sure that's the problem. Brain hurts.
