Push Notification question

Do i have setup a different ID/API in the BT control panel for each new app i create?... Or can I use the same one for all my apps?

I believe that Push Notifications are tied to the App's Bundle ID (com.appname.com). If you have a group (com.appgroup.appname or com.appgroup.*) you may be able to accomplish 1 Push Notification Control Panel. To keep the process simple, I would create 1 for every app. Jake

Yep, for both iOS and Android, you have to create keys for each individual app, as they are tied to various certificates. Mark

I don't think you can use push for apps with a group bundle (com.app.*) At least, it's not an option available in my itunes connect pages. Only for those with unique bundle names. Cheers! -- Smug

Yep - wildcards (*) are not supported in the iOS world. Must be a unique bundle ID. Glad you got it working! :)
