Your Macintosh has a built in Screen/Audio recorder. How cool is that?

According to this blog: http://bosker.wordpress.com/2011/12/11/how-to-record-a-screencast-video-for-free-on-mac-os-x-10-7-lion/ you can use 'Quicktime' to record a screencast, with audio. I tried it, it works great. Cheers! -- Smug

What's also good to know is you can record system sound with SOUNDFLOWER rather than the built in mic which, if you're using a laptop, is always picking up ambient hiss and cooling fan sounds. To record system sound, check this out this MacWorld article: http://www.macworld.com/article/1159440/soundflower_capture.html get soundflower: http://cycling74.com/products/soundflower/ It's all free and whatnot.
