You also know where the phone number is located on each image by its x,y coordinates and its height-width box. For each image, you already know the phone numbers to be called. Then the problem can be solved very easily by modifying the XIB plugin or by a new plugin. Both plugins would draw an invisible button over the area of the phone number.
