Loging into Australia developer account

I am trying to help someone from Australia with their mobile app provisioning but the apple developer portal is not letting me log in with the credentials I was given. This is an individual developer account and not a business account. I am wondering if apple is somehow using my location (IP address) to keep me out of the account. And if so is there a way for me to get access without the client having to upgrade their dev account to a business account.

HI Nad, There should be no reason to be locked out. I have had someone from the US work on my account. Let me know if I can help you out from this side at all. Cheers Kristen

I've never experienced that issue before. I've worked with 2 or 3 different Australian accounts.

Yes, it eliminates one possibility in a list of possible causes.
