Well if its to similar to a book, not necesarly related to the page number, but the app itself, that might happen. If you have something more in there, it should be ok. Cheers. To write iBooks, there is an Apple-made program from the Mac App Store called 'iBooks Author'. Other ebook companies will have different programs too. However, if you want to chuck in a few extra features (for example, a map of the setting of a novel) then it you'll be fine.
