Very Popular. a) Create a Flickr account. b) Get the accounts unique email address. flickr accounts / galleries have a unique email address used specifically for to send pics to the photo stream (text becomes the caption) c) In your buzztouch app, use an Image Emailer (not an Image Uploader) screen and set the email-to addres to the Flickr gallery address. Works awesome. Have a look at the second paragragh here: http://www.flickr.com/help/photos/

This method works great. I've got an app set to email photos to Flickr. I do moderate them, so inappropriate pics don't end up getting posted. Then he app also has a photo gallery which pulls the images from the flickr account. Works really well.

What is best way to moderate? Just log into flickr on a regular basis to check?

the images will show pretty much instantly when users email images so you can monitor from the app easily then edit in the flickr account...works great for me :)

You can set flickr to keep all incoming images as private. Then you can login in to flickr and make the approved images public. I have the emailed I,ages cc'd to one of my email accounts so I know when something has been sent. That way I can do a pretty immediate approval.

I have tried and tried..Whenever I try to upload an email via the simulator or on my phone, the app closes immediately. I've tested on two phones (os 3.13 & 4.0) and I still get the same problem. One app uses the upload script, the other use the facebook email upload feature. I'm wrestling myself trying to understand what's going on?! Anybody else having this problem? could someone test my app just to make sure its not me?

Android: Nope. Never finished it...sigh. There are several screens still un-finished in Android. Bummer that it turned out that way but it's the fact. We're doing what we can to complete all the v1.5 for Android screens but are also moving towards the Plugin archtecture so we can all get back on the same-page. LOL.

Hi MGoBlue. I am wanting to be cc'd on mine too. Are you embedding the cc in the image mailer? I have tried to just forward from my flickr account, but that feature does not seem to exist. Thanks.
