Hi Avtec, POI = points of interest? How is your map getting these points? Are they manually entered via the Control Panel or are you pulling them in from am database? Have you tried fiddling with your view radius setting or zoom level? Can you explain a bit more about "When I want to change mine POI"? Do you mean changing the screen location by dragging it around and getting a new view area? Or are you talking about changing the dataset? Cheers Paddy

Sounds like he is referring to the POI created on the control panel, wowser 408 of them !! should have used a data url I reckon... Nothing to do fiddling on the actual map itself. I personally have found you cant change certain things on existing POI within the plugin and sometimes you have to delete it and re-enter the new info. But confirm what you asking is a good start. Otherwise, i suggest create a Data Url now for yoru list and just do a new screen. Also worth mentioning that if the POI's were entered via the CP, they can be 'saved' by opening the json file and cut and pasting the map data to a text file. I mention this because if all 408 were typed in this way, it is a lot to retype!

I'm assuming this is for IOS? I'm going to try this on my website server but don't want the cat database lol, prob just the map one. Which ones out of @SmugWimp files do I upload? I'm a little fuzzy when it comes to editing, inserting, retrieving with scripts from a database. Thank you in advance, LA

I have created All the POI over time in the control panel. Now i want to delete some of the latest add POI, and i can not see them on my list with POI from 1 - 300. I miss a button to switch to the next page with POI from 301 - 408. See the pic https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/2658911/Sk%C3%A6rmbillede%202014-04-04%20kl.%2016.21.03.png Cheers Robert

Hi Robert, I don't know how to help you with editing the POI in the control panel, it sounds like something has gone wrong, as clearly at some point you must have been able to see over 300. Somebody else may have some idea's though What may be an option for you, is to copy the information which you currently store in the control panel (by copying the relevant section of json data for your app) and put all that information in a separate text file. This means that in the future, you would be able to edit that text file and point your plugin at that text file instead of using the control panel. Would that be of interest?

I know the checklist plugin also has a 300 item limitation for displaying in the control panel... I found this out the hard way as well. More than 300 were allowed to be entered, but the control panel would only show the first 300. Sounds like it's a core control panel limit and not anything to do with the plugins, as far as I can tell.

If you click on the questions, it should let you scroll down. At least this was my experience when it didn't show all of mine. LA
