About BuzzTouch Certificate

Hi BuzzTouch, Some years back you got me started on Android App Development and when people ask me where did you learn Android app development I will say BuzzTouch. Now, can you guys give me a BuzzTouch certificate to prove this? Sincerely, Kennedy

... and a badge for my mum to sew on to my swimming trunks next to my 25m badge and my diving badge ... and a car sticker ... and a Buzztouch heavy metal patch for my denim jacket ... and an orange/black wristband with 'I heart code' written on it ... and a signed photo calendar of the BT team - with DB as Mr December in a Santa costume.

Easiest way is to add an information screen to your apps. Inform the user of the Developer and the Technology.

Thanks Niraj Shah but what if the apps are not BuzzTouch's technology but using knowledge gained at BuzzTouch? I was thinking since BuzzTouch has a University, it should at least give it's members certificate of completion in Android or ios App development like Udacity or Treehouse.

@kennedy, in order for buzztouch's certificate to mean anything, you would actually need to complete a course to earn it, buzztouch wouldn't just give a certificate away on good faith. If they did, the certificate would be as good as any piece of paper and would lessen the buzztouch brand. Also, buzztouch already does offer a course and a certificate, it's called Code Camp and Code Crush. Buzztouch usually does these every year or two. I took a week long course in Vegas for Objective-C and Java and buzztouch awarded a certificate in person that you can use to show off to potential clients, colleagues, etc. Next time one of those courses comes around, be sure to join in immediately, those certificates are ones that really hold weight. Cheers!

Having a portfolio of mobile apps is the best way to show your skills and capabilities. A piece of paper from Las Vegas or from online has value only in the eye of the beholder. An Information screen within all your mobile apps should show off the portfolio of apps you have created. Jake does very nicely that in all of his apps. -- Niraj

Very true. Nothing better than having a live portfolio to show off with testimonials of happy clients. No piece of paper can beat that. Regardless, the experience of achieving that piece of paper from buzztouch has plenty of value to the holder itself, and that's definitely something you want to consider. :-) David.

Yes @mrDavid I will really like to take such online courses and obtain BuzzTouch certificate. Just notify me when such opportunity come again. Niraj Shah I already have great live Android apps portfolio on Play Store with hundreds of thousands of downloads having 4... Rating and awesome reviews but you see, certificate is like a ticket to an interviewer.
