Remove 'add caption' image uploader in BuzzTouch 1.5 with own server

Anyway, I'm now seeing an option to add an image caption when uploading an image- this screen doesn't appear formatted well, and frankly, I just don't need it. So, is there any way I can remove it? Half the text box is chopped off by the nav bar, so I'd either like to fix that, or remove it entirely.
