Invalid API Credentials (9)

I receive this error when I try to prepare my app for download, any suggestions on what to look for or look at?

Thanks for the suggestion Smug, I did find that one and went though it, but the issue is this is a new app and it won't even let me download (prepare for download). BTW I'm not self hosting. I've even deleted the app and added a new app with only 1 screen a blank screen. Validated the Json Data Problem continues...

Is it your fourth app? I think until you're a member you're limted to three… At least, that was the game before I became a member… Otherwise, you might let one of the BT leadership know; that sort of thing sounds quite unusual, if you're not self hosted. Cheers! -- Smug

Nope just 1 app total... Thanks for the suggestion @Smug I've sent off a message to the Head Honcho.

@A1616S, What I found last night was it was actually in the Optional SDKs before I did anything. Can you check and see if your error is in the same place.

@Pavo Yes, I am finding the error in Optional SDKs although I am getting this error on a self-hosted site. I tried it again here on BT using the same methods you used (simple one page app) and was able to prepare and download. My conclusion is that the self-hosted site must be having some issue with BT. I sent a help request to Tech Support for the self-host site but I am not sure that will help with the same issue you are having here on BT. I will experiment some more here and on self-host and post any findings.

I tried duplicating this error on the BT site but was unable. It is only affecting my self-hosted site. I'm afraid I am not much help. : (
