For the most part, I've been using http://appicontemplate.com which I still think is the cats meow for creating icons for each platform. And they recently added screenshot templates as well. I recently went looking for something to create launch images for all devices automatically, when I ran across this: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/asset-catalog-creator-free/id866571115?mt=12 The paid version (which I paid for) does screens and other stuff. But this free version is pretty nifty if you don't have photoshop and can't use the normal automated template. Hope it helps someone...
