background image for menu not visible (Android)

ajaxon98 Android Fan Posts: 36 Reg: Oct 20, 2013 Los Angeles 2,310	confirm \| cancel 11/18/13 09:18 AM (10 years ago) background image for menu not visible (Android) I am placing my images in res/drawable...they are jpg files, and while I was at my home office they showed up for the most part...(sometimes not). Now I've come into the office with my computer and even though I go through the menu properties and delete the image save and allow the app to update, when I go back and specify the image for the background...they are not showing up in the app. What did I miss....? Make sure each image is named correctly so no special characters and no capital letters. For example Myimage.png is not good but myimage.png is good. Also do a project clean and a refresh.
