Just wondering if you have a rough estimate on when bt 3.0 can be up and running. Is it just for ios7 or android tweaks too?

Legend is that every time someone asks about a release date that David adds another week, hehe. I admit I occasionally go to my control panel and click to check for updates - Just in case ... I always get "The most current version available at buzztouch.com is v2.1.9 You are running v2.1.9 (no updates are necessary)." but it makes me feel better :-)

David was really trying to get the new versions out this week before a (literally) nationwide trek. Maybe I'll guilt him into getting some work done on the plane ride or chain him to a chair in NY? LOL

Hey there Augnet, How is your list of "things to improve in BT" doing? I know you solved the blue highlight stickyness -- my son thanks you. It's not the ultimate solution, yet it works. An actual solution will briefly flash the blue and then fade away quickly after hitting the Back button. Let me know if you eat it to work in that fashion. Out of curiosity, was there some sort control panel build road map or change log, that outlines what the main difference in 2.19 to 3.0 what the current features are and how different 3.0 will be. I understand development, launch postponements,etc. Since I'm a newbie and tried my best to equate some of the old video webinars and tutorials, it becomes cumbersum for those that starting off in the xcode5 and ios7 environment to follow along. Especially trying to decipher creating a plugin using xcode5 for ios7. Is it possible to create a whole new project with storyboard in xcode5 and then tie it in later with 3.0 especially for those of us that are self hosting. I would hate to loose out on opportunities while waiting. So I build in xcode5 tie it into 3.0 when it officially launches and have 3.0 spit out an android version? I'm just guessing. Sorry just need some sort of date so i can be ready for my team to use this. We have to add our own code and i have to work on html, and css for the content of the app. Just wish i knew the date. New years? thats "soon really soon"? ok...

@David For us that are self hosting, how do we go about getting a 3.0 beta. At least I can install it on my lamp server at home and do some sandbox testing until 3.0 launches. Or is 3.0 beta available only for certain members? Thanks Ed

man it would sure be nice to see some more communication out around the IOS 3.0 upgrade. Buzztouch is great.. but its a little frustrating with the radio silence. I'm a web programmer by trade so I completely understand there are delays but no news is not always good news. Not hating... Just giving some feedback to the Buzztouch team for future releases. In the mean time I will keep refreshing the forum 20 times a day ;) joking

@CSSZiegler -- A few weeks ago, the code has been released for both BuzzTouch.com and fro Self-Hosters. Reported problems have mostly been fixed. As usage of v3 increases, other problems may be uncovered.
