What if my phone is ios 13.4.1?

My phone is ios 13.4.1 and will not work with Xcode 10.1. If I use Xcode 11, I get lots of errors. How do I use Buzztouch if my phone is running ios 13.4.1? I have built some apps before but they were on an older ios version ios. I need to update my app. I just can't figure this out. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/eldorado-tech-tools/id1488348226?ls=1

No, I did but I changed it back to Xcode 10.1. What do you suggest that I do?

Just wanted to post a little update here... The deadline for apps to be built with iOS 13 is coming up on June 30th. https://developer.apple.com/news/?id=03262020b This may impact developers (like me!) who are still using Xcode 10 to build and compile their apps. Some users have posted that some workarounds to add the iOS 13 SDK to Xcode 10 (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/56521200/xcode-fails-to-build-on-real-ios-device-running-ios-13), but eventually we'll all have to modernize and move to Xcode 11. For now, Buzztouch projects will still support iOS 8+ and Xcode 10+ but please let us know if you run in to any issues running your app on newer devices or compiling it in Xcode 11.
