Your hosting provider can give you some assistance with the zip error; that sounds like it may be a php thing. In the meantime... Download all the plugins from your BT control panel onto your local drive. Unzip them all Use your FTP program, and upload all plugins into your self hosted server "/files/plugins/" directory go to your selfhosted control panel, in 'plugins' and choose 'refresh'. The BT system will scan the plugin directory and install the 'new' plugins. Cheers! -- Smug

Make the /files directory writable and executable The software uses the /files directory to create temporary and permanent files necessary for operation. Because of this, PHP needs to have writable and executable access to this directory. There are a few ways to allow this. Your FTP program may allow you to change file permissions, it may not. Most website administrators use the command line (SSH Access) to make these modifications. CHMOD the /files directory to 755 after you install the package and before you use the web-based installation wizard in step 5.

If Arubaman's suggestion doesn't work, look in your config.php file. Make sure all the paths are correct, because if it's not your privileges, then it may be an improper config.php setting. If it is, then make sure this parameter is correct: define("APP_PHYSICAL_PATH", "YOUR_APP_PHYSICAL_PATH"); These are not 'URL' values, but the actual physical paths. Cheers! -- Smug
