in HTML Doc plugin, video is not playing but plays sound. How to solve this? Thank you

Not sure, you have a few options to consider.. 1. The video does not actually have sound. Confirm it has sound. 2. Your sound on the device is actually on low or mute, confirm it's up high and unmuted. 3. Re-upload the video to a new location, sounds weird, but may work. Other options are to try other plugins like the HTML Pro document, or perhaps a custom URL. Hopefully this helps a little. Whoa, totally misread that. Other than trying my not-so-great change plugin idea, see if converting the video to another format helps any. I'm pretty sure that .webm files are specifically for mobile browsing, so if you can convert to that format and try, you might have better luck. Let me know how it goes.
