BT and iPhone X

There seems to be a push by Apple to make our apps look nice on the new iPhone X. Here's a screenshot of one of my apps: https://www.dropbox.com/s/75380spjrs0cp26/erresX.png?dl=0 As expected it doesn't take up the whole screen. I anticipate that this may be cause for rejection? In other words, as I've asked in the last two posts, when is there going to be a BT update???

I had seen that post yesterday and thought it may be the same nadthevlad as BT fame! All I did based on that was create another launch image specifically for iPhone X in portrait mode. Is that what you did too? I had to change the colors around a bit to make the status bar more visible but looking much better! https://www.dropbox.com/s/r0pea8ns0e41a84/erresX2.png?dl=0 My only issue now is that it seems the menu doesn 't respect the bottom "safe area". Or does it? Apple's website says this: Provide a full-screen experience. Make sure backgrounds extend to the edges of the display, and that vertically scrollable layouts, like tables and collections, continue all the way to the bottom. So maybe it's okay???

I think that screen you are showing looks fine. I think Apple would accept it. Not sure about other BT screens. Yes, all I had to do to fix the black bands was add the iphone x launch image. And yep, that was my comment.

https://stackoverflow.com/questions/32641240/ios-9-xcode-7-application-appears-with-black-bars-on-top-and-bottom This is what worked for me. If you don't use a launch screen: Go to your Target's settings and choose General, then App Icons and Launch Images. Now set "Launch Screen File" to your "main.storyboard".

What about Safe Zone at the bottom? It would be fine to have manuals how to solve this in BT apps. @Mutzy, did Apple accept your app?

Submitted my app two days ago, it was reviewed/accepted yesterday. Apple is MUCH quicker these days!
