Install of BT-server

Would anyone be willing to take a look at or maybe even do a quick install of the BT-server for me. I have installed this I'm guessing 10 times and continue to get the following error when I attempt to download source for either IOS or Android: Something Went Wrong. There was a problem parsing the JSON result? I have used 3 differant web hosting providers(Free). I would give you the required credentials. It takes me about 15 mins to do a complete install (that may be the problem) :( The DB is established I could blow away the current install except for the DB. This is not a production environment. Just a test bed for me to learn a little about the plugin Technology. I did have it running just fine with 2.1.2 then Upgraded to 2.1.4. Since that time I moved as I said to a other providers thinking that maybe the server side was causing some issue. If so please feel free to leave contact info and I will send the credentials to the server. I would appreciate the help.

Sure, we will be happy to help and see what we can do. Send the login, FTP, and DB name / user info to info 'at' buzztouch.com We'll post here when we get it going.

Thank you David, For those that may run into the same error I encountered the solution that david found is below. Per David, I opened the BT-server/bt_v15/bt_app/bt_appDownload_AJAX.php file and added the @ character in fron of the set_time_limit() method call. The @ character tells PHP to ignore any erorrs if the time-limit is not changeable. Your host has disabled this method call so it was erroring because the method is not allowed. Adding the @ sign suppressed the error, allow it to work. So why the set_time_limit() to begin with? We have this line in that file because some machines are horribly slow (your machine is plenty fast) and the download can timeout. Increasing the PHP time limit is necessary on some boxes to prevent the process from timing-out. We've added the @ in front of this method call so the next release will have it.

@ Justanumber: Check your email. Your server has CURL turned off for security reasons. CURL needs to be enabled.
