Trouble uploading a jpg file to my app as single image

Hello Great program btw! So I was able to upload an image as an Icon. But I made a sub-menu, and want to load a single image in that sub-menu. I keep trying to upload a jpg, but it comes up with an error. The error says the image I'm loading is too small and make sure its at least 320x420. I've tried images much larger, smaller and exactly that size, and I just can't seem to upload any image. The image is confirmed to be jpg, and I've even tried other formats, but an error comes up saying it must be jpg. I guess I'm wondering if anybody knows what i'm doing wrong? Thanks, Jay

I just went through the above just doing a test upload: It works without problem: I created the image using Fireworks.. Now I sometime have croping errors using IE so I use Firefox... Do you want to send me your image and I can see if I can formate it? Let me know and I will edit the post with my email for a few..

Hi, thanks for the reply! I tried to use different browsers (IE & Firefox) and I tried a few different image editing programs, but always come up with the same error.

Maybe past what you ended up finding / fixing? You may not be the only person experiencing this type of problem Thanks.

My pics I was trying to upload were too wide. They were widescreen pics, once I rotated them (just using windows viewer), it loaded fine.
