Hmmm, strange report, not one we have heard before. Did you change any of the source-code before compiling? Are you compiling with the latest iOS sdk, 4.2? The fact that you are not using any Facebook features or any movies doesn't change anything when compiling. It's a package and as such needs to compile all the source-code whether you use it (today) or not.

It's just bazaar... I re-downloaded iOS SDK 4.2 and everything compiled fine and the simulator launched. Every time I open my project; however, it still defaults to Base SDK Missing, so I have to constantly change that.

I guess that's good news. Once you set the Base SDK for the project you should not have to re-set it. Unless of course you re-download it and re-launch it in Xcode. Xcode doesn't know about the new project each time you download it ;-)

Thanks for your followup! I'm not a programmer (only ever gad a C# programming course online) and your product is enabling me to create an app for my business. I'm still not sure how to do things in my actual app, like embed photos and videos to touch, but I'll get there!

Hi, I'm getting exactly the same 4 errors when I try to build my project... Currently using XCode 3.1.4 which I know is old but until I upgrade my OSX is there a fix? All I want to do is see my app running!!! :( Many thanks in advance...

There is not a definite, easy to understand fix for this because there are lots of configuration options that are different on older machines. If you have not seen this, start here. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2503723/error-building-project-with-nsxmlparserdelegate Re-post if you can't get anywhere ;-)
