Getting the error There was a problem downloading some data. Check your internet connection then try again. This will not let people refresh the app, I have checked on numerous phones and they get the same error, so it must be within the Buzztouch platform. @ jerseydemic: Figured it out! So, you didn't do anything wrong but will need to make a few adjustments beyond what I have already did. Here's what I did (explanation in a minute). a) Changed the menu item name from 'Terror' to 'T3rror' (note the 3 in place of the e) b) Changed the name of the Terror streaming audio screen to T3rror (same thing, 3 in place of e) c) Changed the nickname of the Terror screen to T3rror. (see the pattern here) d) Changed the URL to your streaming audio file from http://k002.kiwi6.com/hotlink/713cn9c20d/13_terror.mp3 to http://k002.kiwi6.com/hotlink/713cn9c20d/13_t3rror.mp3 (see the 3 in terror). Here' the thing, the word ERROR cannot be in your configuration data anywhere. The code checks for this keyword and triggers the alert if it's found. Complicated reasons for this beyond my energy level tonight but for sure it's an issue with the iOS code that we need to update, it should check for something more cryptic. All I'm saying is that the control panel cannot contain the word (you cannot enter the word) errror anywhere, even if it's part of another word like Terror. The word Terror contains the word error - yikes! You should: a) Change the name of your .mp3 file on your music server to something that does not contain the word error, remove terror, call it something else. re-enter the URL to the .mp3 in the streaming audio screen. Figure out what to call the other screens / nav bars / titles other than Terror. The problem is not the control panel, it's the iOS xcode and how it processes error. We'll get this updated eventually. Took forever to find!!! Oh, and, I also found that your Splash Page contained image URL's and image names - use URL's or Names, not both. I removed the names. End users should be able to refresh now without any trouble.

Hello Jerseydemic. This has happened a few times for me too. Have you checked in through your config file? it has happened that it gets into garbage characters when you create a new screen. if you have an app that works, take the config file and compare. See if you can see if there is something that should not be there.
