Having trouble importing compiled project into Eclipse

I downloaded the compiled code and believe I have the necessary SDK and eclipse version. However when I try to create a project and choose to import from an existing source, it says an eclipse project already exists in this directory. When I select 'Finish' it says Unable to resolve target 'Google Inc.:Google APIs:4' ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

You have to have the google api packs which is found in the SDK manager installed.

I'm almost positive the api packs are installed... any other suggestions?

I had the same error, went back into the SDK, they weren't on the installed list which I had done previously, and had to install them seperately and found them under 'third party addons'. Currently installing them now so hope they work. :)
