Problem with Push Notification mode

I have several devices that show up as registered under my BT Control Panel for Push Notifications but under "mode" they are all listed as "null", none of them are listed as "live" my app is live but even when I still had it in design mode the devices still showed up as "null" I thought it may correct itself once I changed to live so I didn't worry to much about it when I was in design mode. Anyone else have this problem.

Yes, we are having the same problem. All of the devices registering for notifications are listed as null for an app that came out earlier this week. Any solutions?

Well, just as a test, I went into my MySQL database and found the device table and manually changed all the devices from "null" to "live" . After doing this I can now send the push notification and I get confirmation that the messages actually went out, however I am still not receiving the notification on the device (but this might be related to some other issue, I haven't had time to debug it further). Honestly I have yet to find a single person on the Buzztouch site that has gotten built in BT Push Notifications working properly....so for now it is kinda like Bigfoot, a lot of rumors but no hard evidence.

We actually have several apps with push notifications working that were built in BT. That's why this one confused us. This app, however, is not self-hosted but is on the BT site for us. Do you know how to make the change you mentioned above with it hosted in this way?

Sorry, I have never used the hosted CP, I have been self hosted since day one. Are you saying that you have gotten push working on a self hosted BTv3 server. If so, you are the first person I have come across who has. I have had several folks tell me that they had it working on the previous version of Self Hosted BT but not BTv3

Actually, no. We're just now switching to self-hosted. All the ones that operate successfully with push notifications are on the hosted CP. We're just now building our first one with self-hosted. It'll be a few weeks but I'll let you know what we experience with the notifications there. Thanks for your help.
