Is it with self hosting? I've had that happen once or twice… not enough to be able to trace any single cause. But usually if I get an error during the prep of a package, I'll choose the other OS, and then return to the desired package, sort of 'shift cycling' and that usually helps. Good Luck! It might be something they're working through.. I can't be sure. I had the issue periodically, but not that recently… It looks like you understood, but yes; I meant if you were trying to get an Android package and it wasn't working, click on iOS and have it prep a package, and then return to try android again.
