Push Notifications - message from itunes

Ok I thought I had everything set up right I have push notifications working on my device when testing and thought I had the right provisioning profiles set up etc But have submitted to itunes and had this message: Missing Push Notification Entitlement - Your app appears to include API used to register with the Apple Push Notification service, but the app signature's entitlements do not include the "aps-environment" entitlement. If your app uses the Apple Push Notification service, make sure your App ID is enabled for Push Notification in the Provisioning Portal, and resubmit after signing your app with a Distribution provisioning profile that includes the "aps-environment" entitlement. See "Provisioning and Development" in the Local and Push Notification Programming Guide for more information. If your app does not use the Apple Push Notification service, no action is required. You may remove the API from future submissions to stop this warning. If you use a third-party framework, you may need to contact the developer for information on removing the API. I guess something is missing - anyone know what I need to do?

Did you create both a Development and Distribution provisioning profile that has Push enabled in it? The development one would have been good for testing, but in order to distribute it, you also need one for that. Same process, just different profiles. You'll have to do the whole pem file thing again to upload the distribution certificates to Buzztouch. Mark

I've done the distribution certificates for development and distribution but I think it's the provisioning profile I have missing It's so damn confusing!

Yep...the stuff totally boggles my mind! In this respect, Android is much easier. You will need provisioning profiles for both development and distribution. Mark

Ok I have re-submitted & there is no warning about push notifications and provisioning profiles so fingers crossed should be all good Thanks for your help yet again! Just need to solve the problem on Android Push - just crashes the app every time

Yep, I think there's an outstanding bug there at the moment. I'll see if I can find the status. Mark

Updated app published on itunes and my device is registered to accept push notifications but when I send one nothing appears on the device So push through buzztouch seems to not work on iOS as well as android Anyone know when this will be fixed?
