How to tell when BT_Core and BT_Layout V3 files have been updated (iOS)

My question is how do you know when BuzzTouch has updated Core and Layout files for BT v3? We have informally settled on a method for Plugins based upon the update notes on the BT market, but I have not seen anything for BT supplied files. Seems like a simple update section in the header would go a long way to clarify. Thanks for any ideas.. In the short term- a doc on the the site with filename and most recent release date would be perfect. All it would take is an edit of the date when posted. Any decision to add additional content to the site requires thought, planning and implementation. Documents need to keep with the overall theme of the site, as well as our mission and vision for what it will become. While it would be trivial to do this on a personal webpage, for a company site like Buzztouch it's a bit more complicated.
