Why no choice to use BT Core for Android 3.0

In previous apps I've done this for when I go to the screen to download source code, I get two choices, to prepare package for download or to use the BT core for Android v3.0. But for this particular app, I don't get that double choice, just the prepare package for download, no v3.0 choice. Why not? The code structure for the first versions of Buzztouch apps is entirely different than it was for v2 and now v3. I think what you'll have to do is recreate the app entirely and use the new code for it.
