Why does refresh all data keep showing up without me making changes?

Finally uploaded an Android update, new APK with live mode, and while it works, every few seconds, on the screen in the upper right where those 3 little vertical dots are( that, when you click on them usually say either "close" or "quit app"), there appears a third choice, "refresh all data." But I have not since uploading the app changed anything in BT. I'd say it appears every 10 screen changes (or it may be time related, don't know for sure). But in any case, this has happened many times now and I have not gone into the control panel to change anything. Is there something about Android I don't know about that causes this or is this a BT problem? Thanks. Steve

Hi Steve, Is it actually throwing up a dialog asking you to refresh all data, or is it just that menu item that concerns you? As far as I know, that's a standard menu item for the home screen...it'll always be there, because it gives the user the opportunity to check for an update, regardless of whether there is one or not. It should always be there. Mark

Yep - it should be there all the time ... if you're on the home screen.

Whew! - thanks guys. With all the problems I've been having with the live mode I though this was another. But you are correct, now that you point it out I only see it on the home screen. Thanks. Steve
