how to update the BT server v2.1.9 to V3.0.0

If I do as the above mensioned, does this upgrade will lost my app already created in my server? why I have to install that software again? The only files that get overwritten are the server files...it won't touch your apps at all. Plus, all the information about your app is stored in the database anyway, which doesn't get touched during the upgrade. "Why do I have to install that software again?" It never will be. If there were an upgrade button, and you press upgrade, you'd be deleting the burton that says 'Upgrade'. That's just one of the reasons. It'll certainly make the teams job a bit easier, after the initial implementation. Until then, it's all manual. It's not rocket science, but it does take attention to detail.
