So, if you created a context menu, remember to visit the control panel config page for the plugin screen you want it to display on… in the Title Bar/Nav Bar settings you'll see a new selection that will allow you to specify which context menu you want to use. If you want the same menu across all plugins, you'll have to edit each plugin and assign it manually; for now there is no 'global' assignment.
