I would try copying the latest config.txt into the project and try launching again.

Your config.txt file is json compliant, but wow. I don't think I've seen so many parsing errors… it's almost like the app can't find it. It *is* added, right? I can't imagine why it would not be. You may need to download another package to ensure it was a good download… for sure 'something' isn't right. Time to start eliminating possibilities… Cheers! -- Smug
