In case of offline apps, its possible only by submitting newer binary to the appstore. In your case you can add the background image referred from url, which seems you already did it. But i think you forgot to publish the changes. You need to hit the publish changes option in your control panel. Once you publish the changes you made in your cp, you will be able to see the changes you made in your app after refreshing it. Comments Anything is possible to change if your app is online.
