Allow GPS plugin: wish it could be multilingual

As recommended by BT, I use this plugin in every app I create. Users shouldn't be afraid to use an app! But, alas, options are scarce... OK, you can use a nice background image to make the screen a little more 'sexy'... But what about the 'setSettingLabel' messages? OK, I can translate them in the plugin code... but I can't have different languages options. I'd like to be able to set the 'setSettingLabel' messages in an 'Advanced Settings' option... Would be a must for any multilingual app!

@Kittsy: thanks a lot, I'm afraid I'll have to study the localization subject one day or another... I was just hoping there could be an easier way to achieve it... ;-)

@EdReyes: everybody knows that you can track a smartphone user. Smartphones send reports about where users are. Look at the ‘Usage Map’ in the CP of any of your apps and you’ll see where your users are. Precision is 20m in the best conditions. Back in 2011, everybody talked about the location reports iPhones were sending to Apple and it scared many people. In the CP of a BT app, have a look at the ‘Start Tracking Location (turn on GPS)’ setting in the Core Properties. David Book says: ‘It's generally best to leave this setting OFF’. But I prefer to set it to ON so as to get info about usage of my apps. It’s always interesting. As I turn this ON, users of my apps, at first launch, get a message saying something like: ‘Do you authorize this app to use your location?’ They can say ‘OK’ or ‘NO’. And they can change this setting in a screen using the ‘Allow GPS’ plugin. (A screen in which BTW I explain that the app doesn’t track anybody.) I don’t want users to be afraid to use my apps because they fear to be spied… Spying is the dirty job of the NSA, not mine!

Ah gotcha makes sense now. I understand the context of what you are saying now, I always click off when I see the location message pop up.

If you're worried about the NSA getting access, that ship has sailed; they have access whether you do or not. Things that give you the warm and fuzzies… ;) Cheers! -- Smug

I don't care about NSA, in Switzerland we have dialects nobody in the world will ever understand (not even us, sometimes)...
