first app and much confused :)

Hello everyone, first let me say, that buzztouch is awesome. it makes a lot of fun to look around and find out, how an app can build easily (more or less....) :) Now to my question. I wanna build an app, that has a list of places on the first screen. The places should be listed, like in a simple menu, but refreshing from an database like sql or something from an separate server... What do you think is the best way to do that? making an sql database, or is there something better to do that? what plugin do i need for that? Maybe the normal simple menu is good enough to do that? Thanks for helping me out. Cosmixx

Welcome @cosmixx! Buzztouch is awesome! David @buzztouch and all the admin staff has made it easier for us to create Apps but also great Apps! You can use sql and Android/Eclipse, assuming this because of your subtitle under your name, has a built in sql database sort of speak. I would recommend getting your feet wet first and try publishing an "easier" App first and go thru the process. LA

Hi cosmixx, Welcome to BT! Head directly to BT University and follow the intro series and then the series corresponding to Android or iOS. After that, you´ll be in a much better position to do a little more advanced stuff. We all have gone through this phase. And it´ll get easier, much easier. Press on and persist! Cheers! pancho.
