Cleaning Up your self hosted panel...

Just a suggestion. I have a bunch of apps in my control panel. A few of them are 'live', a bunch of them are not. One of my 'wishlist' items is to have a way to organize my self hosted control panel into categories and subcategories. Considering the workload the BT developers are under, I suspect this may be a while in coming… In the interim, I've found an efficient way to do 'somewhat' of the same thing: I create bogus users. I named one 'Live' and transfered all my live apps to 'them'. As the admin, I can still work with any app in the control panel. But as a developer, my control panel listing is only of my current 'in progress' apps. If I need to work with a live app, I still can. But for everyday use, those apps are out of the way. Make a serious password for the bogus users; You never log in to the account anyway. Just a thought. Cheers! -- Smug

Right now it's about 82… but with the wind chill it's probably closer to 80… ;) Surfing isn't as big here, but it's still going on. The thing about Guam is, almost the entire island is protected by reef, so there aren't big waves except at a few places, that direct the surfers right at the reef. Talofofo bay is great for beginners, but anything more adventerous is "quite" a leap in skill required, to ditch the reef before the reef ditches you. If you're in Vegas, I'll tell you a funny story about my learning to surf on Guam, and then trying to take those skills to Waimea Bay on the north shore of Oahu… I started with one board, and landed with two.
