User Generated Content

Is there a plugin or other way to allow users to submit content (news, articles, photos, videos, etc..) to the app?

Gotcha. That looks helpful. I'm assuming it just emails the photo to me and doesn't actually upload post it, or there a feature where you can just hit approve and it's loaded? Thank you Kennedy. Do appreciate it.

"This plugin allows app users to email an image. You can set an optional email to-address or subject-line to make it easier to gather photos from users. Users can email an existing image from their gallery or snap a new one." It simply does what it says, best to develop something with it to try it out and see how it works dear.

I link the email to my Flickr feed, so it uploads automatically.

Yep, this in conjunction with the Flickr plugin could work well. You could also mod my webform plugin to upload pictures or videos if you knew what you were doing and you were on self hosted.

Flickr feed sounds like a good idea. Thank you Kennedy, Thomas, and Chris very much. I'll play around with it and see. Chris> I'm on self-hosted, but definitely don't know what I'm doing.

Give Flickr a try. If it doesn't work for you, I can create a custom iPhone plugin that uploads user photos to your server and let's everyone see them in your app for a couple hundred dollars.
