App Crashed During ReviewRejected

Can I please have help debugging this very important client app? Here is the resolution center note: "We found that your app crashed on iPhone 5s running iOS 7.0.4, which is not in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines. Your app crashed on both Wi-Fi and cellular networks immediately after launch. For information on how to symbolicate and read a crash log, please see Tech Note TN2151 Understanding and Analyzing iPhone OS Application Crash Reports."

Xcode 5.0 Buzztouch 3.0 self hosted now but I submitted the prior version of Buzztouch because I had put so much work into the Scringo SDK with push notification set up prior to updating my core. Would adding a menu item to the app at the last minute from the 3.0 version mess up the 2.9 build? I think I added a menu item and a plug in at the last minute and it propagated through the cloud.

Ok Sheri, I have created a test flight account. Do I drag a zipped archived version of the app or the actual project off my desktop?

3.0 is totally different so yes that's more than likely the problem.

Scringo is the problem, I bet. Others had reported problem with being offline and launching the app. The app would hang because Scringo was trying to make a connection even though the app is offline. I seem to remember that stuff via another member's woes. -- Niraj

3rd rejection for the same app. I'm targeting universal devices IOS 6.1 Below is what the resolution states. Can I please have some help getting this app published? Thank you. 2.2 We found that your app exhibited one or more bugs, when reviewed on iPad running iOS 7.0.4, on both Wi-Fi and cellular networks, which is not in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines. Specifically, we found that tapping on the In-App Purchase does not produce any content. For discrete code-level questions, you may wish to consult with Apple Developer Technical Support. Please be sure to: - include the complete details of your rejection issues - prepare any symbolicated crash logs, screenshots, and steps to reproduce the issues for when the DTS engineer follows up. For information on how to symbolicate and read a crash log, please see Tech Note TN2151 Understanding and Analyzing iPhone OS Application Crash Reports. If you have difficulty reproducing this issue, please try testing the workflow as described in <https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/qa/qa1764/>Technical Q&A QA1764: How to reproduce a crash or bug that only App Review or users are seeing.

Does the app have any In-App content to be selected and used?

Checking now, Niraj. Maybe I'm pointing it to the worn load page, I'll verify. Thank you

I am wondering.... did you submit all the plugins? I have had this before and that's what I found. I have even wrote to them and said there was no in app purchases and they accepted it. They are getting pretty firm about 7.0 and above Such a great app. :( Hope you get it up there you got a buyer here and remember always here to help if needed -Sheri

Yes, I did submit both plug-ins and gave Apple the test account information. What do you mean, "no in-app purchases"? is it because it's in "sandbox?" BTW, both in-app purchases now read "developer actions needed" in iTunes Connect, under in-app manager. Do I need to delete the two I created and start over again? Or, is there a way to regenerate the ones I created?
