I create menu at Menus then assigned it at plugin and no show and no error. Right button work fine. Seams to me I miss something basic. I did notice that context menus are included in the 'Design' JSON output, but not the 'LIVE' output. So, if your app is in 'live' mode, it might not be getting the correct json.
