Issues with Android App

Hi All, I'm having a few issues with the app I've just tried to make for Android. The app works fine on iOS. Firstly, I have a certain URL that loads fine on iOS, however, on Android, it just keeps swirling and swirling as if it is loading, even after the page has loaded behind it. I then have to force quit the app. (This also happens in the Sim). Secondly, I have arranged the icons and images for my button menu perfectly in the sim, however, on my device they appear in a single line, with no background image (I've tried it with both a URL and a packaged graphic). Header images are also not appearing. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Could someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks a bunch guys :)

Just some more info- other URL pages in the app work fine, but it doesn't seem to be the URL that is the issue in this case. I've tried changing the URL to http://google.com and it still swirls for ever. Any ideas?

Re-dling the Source Code and compiling it doesn't work either. Odd!

Cheers, easily found the solution for the wheel of death. Is there somewhere in particular I should look on your site for the images not showing up?

Ah, nvm, worked it out :) Works like a treat now. Now, the last conundrum, why don't the images load (the buttons do, but not the header images or the button screen background), and why are the buttons so small despite being huge in the simulator? Thanks for your help thus far Fred, MySkylla is a great resource.

Javooo are you on 1.5? Guessing so.. I have found button icons do not scale in 1.5 on Android. So depending on the resolution of phone, they change size. On my galaxy nexus they are very small, on just about every thing else they appear great.

Sorted it out, apparently BT thought my device (HTC Sensation XE) was a large device.

Yah my Galaxy nexuse had a similar problem. You can tweak in src eclipse what classifies a large device.. Use fred's search and it shouldn't be to hard to find a recent post about it. its either in BT_Device or BT_act_controller.. Saw it one time when poking around.
