Approval premature - app not working properly

Hi Guys My magazine app has been approved and is on the App Store (Hinan) but all is not well. The menus scroll ok but the PDF's do not. Also I can't expand to zoom in or out. Very embarrassing - anyone got any ideas?

There are options for the PDF docs, take a look in the control panel settings for PDF doc and change prevent scroll etc.

I checked the boxes for allowing scrolling. But I will go through again and make sure they are still checked.

Also ensure that the JSON data reflects this and clean and update the Xcode project with new BT_config.txt

Copy and paste from "Json Data" on CP and paste over BT_config.txt

Inside the PDF doc plugin, can you check that your JSON has the 2 last lines included (excluding the } ) https://www.dropbox.com/s/aq9skagcr7z9tha/Screen%20Shot%202014-08-11%20at%2008.27.47.png Ed

Hey Ed I had selected do not allow interaction - which may be the answer. I just tested in simulator and at least now I can zoom in and out. I am going to get my phone to see if the scroll will work (which apparently may not on the simulator. Thank you Richard

That setting I imagine would override everything Ed

Well if I had my say then you would be getting a few thousand points for that. Yep, zoom and scrolling work perfectly on the iPhone. So now I have to go and make changes to entire app. My novice mistake of not understanding what allowing interaction actually meant. Again, thank you Ed.

You can give points by pressing the Thumbs Up in the forum posts :-) No problems - glad we got it working! Thanks Ed
