Android Market says available to more than 0 devices

When I uploaded my app to the android market it said that the app is available to more than 0 devices. Do I need to change something?

In the Developer Console, under 'edit application' you need to click on the APK Files tav, then activate your uploaded apk. Took me a while to figure that out.

How do I make it so that all devices are supported? It says right now that only 21 devices are and there are a bunch that are not. Due to my setting in my manifest? How do I fix this?

Hmmm. Don't know the answer to that one. When I activated it gave me all devices. Have you modified anything from the code you downloaded? Generally with my droid apps all I've modified is the screens to get the colors the way I need them. The only changes I've made to the manifest is to uncomment the google references.

Might have to do with the Android SDK platforms. My application says: API level: 4-16+ with availability to 999 devices. What API levels does the Dev Console tell you this app has?
