Display web content in app format

Hi guys, Does anyone know how you can pull web content and display it as the native app? What I mean is something like the medals table at the Olympics being displayed as the app rather than simply showing the web page? Does this make sense?! Cheers.

what it looks like to me this they have ceratin permission to the website and can access some of the base code, can you do that with the webpage you want to use?
