Crown Solutions Aspiring developer Posts: 463 Reg: Nov 11, 2011 MN 13,480	confirm \| cancel 07/20/12 04:27 PM (11 years ago) Quiz app crashes at quiz end (iOS BT Self Hosted) I had my latest app rejected because it crashed on an iPad 3 with 5.1.1 I don't have an iPad 3 so, I have tried it on two iPad 2's iPhone 4 & iPhone 4s, iPod touch and the Sim and never had it crash. This is the second rejection. I thought maybe the first time was a fluke, so I sent it in again. I really don't know how to read a crash log, so that is what I plan on researching tonight, but I thought I would throw this out. This is what the report said at the first part - We found that your app crashed on iPad (3rd Gen) running iOS 5.1.1, which is not in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines. Your app crashed on both Wi-Fi and cellular networks when we: 1. Launch the app. 2. Select a quiz (i.e main quiz) 3. complete the quiz. 4. App will crash. I have the same app control panel running an Android app and I have never seen a crash there either. FWIW - I just had an app with the new official 2.0 quiz get Approved by Apple on Wednesday. That error log and the fact it happens on completion makes me think the scoring routine/multiplier is the issue. Did you mod that part all? I tinkered with the quiz a little but not the multipliers or scoring. (I wasn't concerned about the scoring aspect) I did tinker with the font sizes and colors and added some extra audio for the incorrect answer. But otherwsie 20 stock questions fed into the CP and no adjustments to she scoring. I think i ticked the Randomize Question box. Comments I tested the quiz on an ipad 2 with no issues.
