can no longer change background or buttons, what did i do?

Ok, I have no idea what I did. I've deleted and cleaned and copied and paste the config data to the BT_config file, nothing is working. I have default icons on a black screen, when I click them it goes to my lists which are black screens with black background in the list. I can't change anything… any idea?
