app rejected 8.5 10.6

same app that i had last time, new reviewer, had different rejections instead of the app being too simple, now they said other stuff, like 3rd party content, i might give up with apple, they never are satisfied

Grrr... It's such a two sided sword with those guys. Such sweet gadgets, such a* to work with. I'm still petitioning for my 'Business' account, but in Asia I have to go through Dun/Bradstreet Australia, and Apple USA. It's been months trying to get them together. Keep your chin up, man. It'll work out in the end. Cheers! -- Smug

Bummer Hang in there @ceerup Now you have discussion points that you can present a case for. If it was easy there would be 10 million Apps in the store. Good luck! Mike

can i work on my app still, i asked them what was "3rd party material" and if i work on my app still, i think apple is going to see, so should i just delete the binary and start over since its rejected already. or should i wait til they say what the 3rd party material was.

When my app was first rejected , I asked them for specific information. I think it was called the resolution center or something. It was a posting area where I could ask questions after the rejection. At first I got no answer but in typical New York style, I kept asking and finally got an answer. Don't give up and don't scrap your project. Just try to find the problem and fix it. Then once it does get accepted, you know that you have a high quality app. Good luck Dave
