Missing Shared Library, followed directions

I successfully compiled my code for Android 2.2 and Made the APK. However, when I try to run from command line, I get INSTALL_FAILED_MISSING_SHARED_LIBRARY I looked up the problem and I did what was asked in the other forums(changed the target on both the Package and the Device) I found somewhere else to add the target. However, even when recompiling and restarting the emulator, cleaning, refreshing, changing the apk name and location, I still get that at the command line for the android. App wont install on my android 2.3.6 either even after signing it with a release key. I dont get any logcats or errors.

Are you trying to use the Buzztouch 3.0 Core? The Buzztouch 3.0 core requires Android 3.0 and above. Jake

If I understand correctly, you are asking me did I download the right zip package? I clicked on the "Prepare Android Project" above Buzztouch Core 3.0.

Ok, but it does run when you click "Run" in Eclipse? How are you trying to run it through the command line? Jake

I realized what the problem was: I made a mistake and added the stupid API Key to the Android Manifest file in the maps area where you are supposed to indicate you are using the google maps thingy. Gosh that was the wrong move! But thanks for trying to help guys!
