30 errors on 1.4 build app

Hi - Ive usually had no problems in the past making apps in 1.4 buzz build but I was using XCode 3.2.6 Now that I have 4.2.1 it is showing me 30 errors! Quick fix anyone or is 1.4 now not compatible with the latest XCode? Thanks

Oh... I should add im running the 5.0 simulator, and in the simulator itself (even though Xcode says I have 30 errors (in yellow) the apps still runs fine!

What are the errors that you are getting? Have you changed any of the code?

Have not touched one bit of code. Simply built the app using Buzz 1.4, then downloaded the source code. then opened it in XCode 4.2.1 30 errors... all different - Should I list all 30? Here is the 1st one for a start 1/ Implicit conversion from enumeration type 'UITableViewCellSelectionStyle' to different enumeration type 'UITableViewCellAccessoryType'

Have you got the latest xCode? I'm not sure what version is the latest, but I know that my 1.5 BT app works fine. Sorry I can't be of much help, never seen that error before :(

Try setting the iOS target level to iOS 3, and that may take care of the errors. Mark

Tanks Mark. Yes Target Deployment is 3.0. Might just scrap it and build from scratch in Buzz 1.5 I dont think XCode 4.2.1. likes Buzz 1.4 very much...

Are these errors that are preventing the application from building, or are they just listed as issues, which you can safely ignore? Mark

They are just listed as issues (yellow triangle with ! ) it builds successfully but now when I build to archive it does NOT show up in the Organiser! Ive checked my scheme setting and its says achieve my app with the option ticked saying reveal Archive in Organizer, but noting is there :(

Once you do Project...Build to Archive, you also have to do Project...Archive to get it into Organizer. Let me know if that works! Mark

So you did a build for archive, and then archive after that? Both steps? Any error when you do that?
