Don't know if it'll help, but go to www.MySkylla.com and search for Arabic.

Hi @Jemskifot, Are you saying that you want the text in your Menu List to be either in Amharic or Arabic, depending on the users language? And, that when you type in text in those languages to the Custom HTML/Text screen, that it comes out as all boxes? Basically...you want Amharic and Arabic support for your app? Android, correct? Mark

Check this link out: http://tlt.its.psu.edu/suggestions/international/bylanguage/ethiopic.html Basically, I think you need to change the typeface or font type for your HTML document. The link above should hopefully help you with that. What's not clear to me is whether such a typeface is supported on Android or even iOS. One thing to consider is, if the content of your document is static, meaning it doesn't change that often, perhaps you could create a PDF file with the text, and use a PDF Screen instead? That way you don't need to worry about doing weird HTML things. Are you also trying to get your Menu List text in Amharic? That I'm not quite sure how to make happen, but I'll research a bit. Mark

This is kind of interesting. It talks about Amharic support in the next version of Android, and the article was written in February, so I would assume that Jellybean has it! http://ethiopiaforums.com/google-is-working-to-include-amharic-on-android-smart-phones/5350/ Mark

@Mark, It could be easy to use a PDF screen but I have 200+ screens each of them are connected to a menu list item in home screen, I thought it will have some performance issue.? of course, I have fonts installed in my computer. but my problem is if I can set the users font to support my text during installation of my app.

Android supports three font. Add more to you app accordingly. JellyBean I understand supports right to left text. Fred
